This item broke and was written off due to a leak within a few months of purchase. According to the engineer, this is a frequent problem. Wasn’t very great at wishing and would leave everything still wet. Would not buy Electra again.

Great price, but electronics failed after two weeks. AO Customer Services were first class and we paid a bit more for a better (we hope) machine being delivered tomorrow. NOTE: Make sure you take a note or photo of the serial number of any appliance because you will need it if making a claim. It is not on the receipt or manual. The Electra number was on the back, yes the worst possible location, not so well done whoever thought of that idea.

I returned it. It doesn’t dry and leaves things covered in water so you have to put it in the draining board. Doesn’t clean properly. To fit glasses in the top rack you have to lower the top rack but in doing so the arm doesn’t spin without hitting knives and chopping boards in the bottom rack!

The top rack doesn’t fully extend and the runners are high pitched grating metal on metal it’s horrific. It’s on the lowest rack setting at the top yet you cannot put in wine glasses or sports bottles unless they go in sideways which is ridiculous. The bottom is a joke, you pull out the rack and it goes backwards into the machine as if you’re tilting it upwards so it’s not level, you literally pull it out and back it goes! I paid for it to be unwrapped by the delivery, they’ve left all the plastic wrapping on the top which now it’s shoved in to position cannot be pulled off.

Please don't buy this dishwasher. We bought it Jan 2022 as a replacement to our 23 year old machine which we could no longer get spare parts for. What a mistake. We've persevered with it, thinking we haven't used it properly but we wish we'd sent it back under warranty and bought something that might work better. It doesn't clean the contents efficiently, there is always something left on the items in both of the shelves and there is always a weird smell. We've tried doubling the detergent but it makes no difference, we've used lots of dishwasher cleaners to take away the smell, this works for a short while, but it doesn't last long. We think the problem lies with the fact that the dishwasher doesn't wash away the initial deposits on the crockery before letting the detergent tablet in to the machine. Your instructions say don't prewash crockery to save water but we have ended up having to wash several items after they've come out of the dishwasher! Not good.

This is my 2nd review on this product as I don't feel I gave it long enough to test out. I have to say I'm very disappointed with it, the place settings are small, as I have ridges on the edges of my plates they have to sit at the front of the basket meaning everytime anyone puts something in everything tips firward and it becomes a bit dangerous. The area where the cups go is not wide enough so the dirty water sits on top of the cups and doesnt dry like everything else. If I could return this I would, as the bottom tray could just fall out and hurt someone.

Broke down after 3 days

Came with a huge dent and exchanging this was an ordeal which only ended last week, about 3 months after initial order. I even got charged extra for uplift, which I had to contest also, and AO managers urgently need to listen to the crackly music that customers are subjected to for at least 15 mins every time they call. I`m sure the dishwasher had been fine if not damaged in transit but the customer service was very very time consuming and a real test for patience.
