Excellent hob! i bought this for my holiday home, it is so easy to use, it is better than my neff hob at home. Very good value for money, would not hesitate to buy one for my home kitchen now.

I am extremely happy with the purchase of my Samsung built in hob for both its efficiency and streamline appearance. Without knobs or buttons for control but just a touch plate, there are no awkward areas on the hob that food can stick to or lodge in when spills occur. Using the recommended number 1 hob cleaner too, the surface comes up like new when spills have happened. The child lock has been a god send too as my four year old is now tall enough to reach the work surfaces and she tends to press buttons and turn knobs where she can. Overall a very good efficient product, which makes a pleasant jingley noise when turned on and off!

I was amazed I could get this beautiful simple design of Samsung for two hundred pounds. If you have a dark worktop, it simply disappears as it has no edges and no knobs so therefore nothing for food to get stuck into. I love it & am proud of my selection. Easy to lock so kids can't switch on by accident or otherwise.

We bought 2 samsung items, both have faults, the samsung support team must be the worst at sorting out any problems, our hob cracked in January 2009 after 2 months from being installed, they took 5 weeks to send out an engineer who said the item was faulty, could not be repaired so a report would be written and samsung would contact me, they never did, they never do, I call in every day, to be told that the item will be replaced when they can give me a date, the item is in stock!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG ITEM

very good hob just one annoying point that is some times you have "s" flashing and you have a job over-riding it but you get there in the end by just "fiddling" with the control;s

I installed the appliance and I do the cooking. Very pleased with the performance of this hob. It is fast easy to use and provide good security device (i.e alert when it got wet). You havea good control over the temperature which is good for this type of appliance. It looks samrt and is easy to install. I am very happy with it.
