    Only but if you are fitting into a cupboard unit not under a counter !

    The oven itself is very good with easy to use controls and safety features to help with little ones. BUT it comes with a massive warning - the oven is listed as being able to go under a counter. This is NOT the case and can only be fitted into a unit and does not come with any brackets to fit it. No where on the AO site is this explained however it is a common complaint according to the 3 different engineers who came to try and fit it. As for trying to get the parts from Hisense themselves- that’s a joke they only sent 2 screws!! Basically avoid this oven if you aren’t fitting it inside an actual built in cupboard.

    Terrible. First one was installed, but did not work at all. Second one: today I had to switch off the main fuse to reset the hob as the child lock on the hob was locked and stayed like that!! Other than that, AO have been very helpful with the replacement of the first one. Hopefully the second hob will last 20 years without fuse box resets!! Thank you AO for all your support.

    Don’t buy this dangerous hob

    Don’t buy this hob it’s very dangerous. When using one hob the others suddenly come on on their own. The whole hob has been known to alight when we are not nearby or even in the room. The service engineer didn’t believe us but then spoke to a colleague who con firmed he’d been called out for the same problem and the customer had filmed the fault happening. They’ve sent him out 4 times now twice with the wrong part. Now it’s supposed to be fixed and the problems are worse. Difficult to turn on, locks itself and still with original fault. This all happens when there is no water on the hob to disturb the controls. If we have a fire this will be the cause. Feel very angry that it’s all not sorted just keep going round and round and now waiting for Samsung to ring me yet again.

    It was not good as I was thinking Samsung could be. Still waiting for Samsung to send me engineer to fix the hob.

    purchased last year and only the 2 left hobbs worked from when it was installed. when we contacted samsung you have to tell them the problem and leave your details for them to call you back and if you miss the call you have to start the process again.after one month i finally persuaded them to book an engineer without relying on them to call us back because that was proving too much. engineer came out a week later to asses problem and then booked an appointment for the following week to replace the faulty part.the engineer came to install the new part but it didn't work so i had to book another appointment for the next week to replace ANOTHER part! Today he returned to fit the second replacement part but it didn't work and the hobb FAILED TO WORK AT ALL so now we can't use it at all because he made the problem worse!!!Now nothing works!!! i begged for him to just replace the hobb but he said only samsung could do that. i contacted samsung and told them what had happened and that we are now without a working hobb with 2 adults and 2 children in the house and that i don't want an engineer to to come out again and only want a replacement but they said that they will have to book an engineer to come out the following week to asses it to see if it could be fixed or replaced!!! i explained that that would leave us without a hobb for a further week,it wouldn't guarantee it would be working and i would need to take a 3rd day off of work...! customer services didn't sympathise at all and could only say that to replace it they would have to send an engineer to asses it to say it needed replacing or just let the engineer try to fix it a 3rd time!!! a lose,lose situation for us. for a hobb that cost less than £300 it has cost me 3 days off,an engineer 3 visits and a possible 2 further visits and at least 2 months of phone calls and visits and it's still not fixed but is now worse. the advise that the engineer gave me was to not buy anything samsung anymore to avoid the problems because they are always going wrong!!! honestly the worse customer service and product i've bought for my house.wish me luck and do yourself a favour and avoid this brand.

    Bought this hob 4 weeks ago and no matter how careful I am the glass marks or stains every time I use it. Its looks shabby now. The last hob I had still looked new after 4 years. Will be looking to replace it ASAP
