    Perfect fit

    5/5
Previously, I had a Smeg oven, which lasted well over 15 years, so this was an obvious choice. Also, 1 of 2 ovens I could find to fit the gap of 700 mm.

    A good SMEG oven

    5/5
SMEG C7GPX9 works well and fits for those smaller spaces. So far the oven works well and the pyrolitic feature (self-cleaning) is a great add-on. Think it looks good and is easier to clean than the prior model we had. Only minor point is that it takes a while to cool back down after use.

    Great dual fuel cooker!

Great looking cooker. 5 good sized burners and a storage compartment beneath the oven for baking trays. Huge oven. Exactly what we want!

    Oven bulb massive problem

    2/5
It cooks nicely, the hob works well, and is reasonably easy to clean, The oven cleaned on the P setting. Happy with that. The oven light bulb went out after about 6 weeks, I ordered a box of 4 from Amazon, read the SMEG instruction booklet on bulb changing.... got a screwdriver, seems I was tucked behind the whole frame, not just the glass, it's where the screwdriver found, I was wearing a headtorch for visibility, which is what I wear in my day job as an Audi Master Technician, so the light frame is badly engineered, thankfully I noticed and forced the screwdriver in between the glass and the frame, when the glass popped out, the insulation crumbled to nothing on the floor of the oven. So that is now useless. I had to insert three bulbs before one finally stayed alive whilst refitting the rack support, which has to clip in somewhat violently (it's slightly out of alignment) causing 2 bulbs to blow. On the third attempt I literally treated it like a 5 week old kitten, and kept the bulb live. I notice that it's impossible to remove the glass with a screwdriver, as instructed without damaging the oven wall. I have been delighted with this appliance up until today, I accepted the bulb blowing so soon as one of those things.

    Great 70cm cooker

Wonderful cooker, easy to install, looks fantastic and cooks fast with a nice big oven—I wish there were more 70cms like this.
