Product looks great but once arrived and checked over, the grill element of the small oven is not level or sat in the correct spot so cooks unevenly and needs to be repaired. SMEG UK repair company are atrocious. Took three attempts to get it looked into as they don't turn up when scheduled despite having a 5 hour window. Item is also quite flimsy, the timing/clock clicks everytime you press it as the metal facade is loose and thin. Other than that, heats up incredibly quickly and easy to use. Having the full manual online is a nice touch too.

Love the look of the cooker. The induction hob is very easy to use and clean. Downloaded the user manual. The one that comes with item is very basic. The oven uses / symbols seem quite complicated, but will no doubt get used to it with use. The minute minder is easy to use, but not easy to see. Love the idea of not having to clean the oven, as it has built in cleaning function.

Pleased with the cooker. Hob heats quickly, 2 ovens great for managing small vs bigger booking requirements.

Very sleek design. Induction hob is a pleasure to use. No fear of burning oneself! Oven v quiet. Nice telescopic shelves. Haven't tried the self cleaning function.

We love it. The hob is an induction hob. I’ve never cooked with one before but I never want to cook with anything else. The power is instant , not waiting for the ring to heat up so everything cooks quickly. It’s very clean just a wipe over after cooking. The oven is also great lots of cooking choices. I bought this for the pyroletic cleaning . Haven’t used it yet but looking forward the that. The oven on the cooker we had before reached the floor so was difficult to get in and clean. This one if off the ground, so much better. Larger oven too. All round a great choice. Five stars.

Really pleased with the product. It feel sturdy and well made which was a concern after reading some of the reviews. The manual leaves a lot to be desired, I’ve googled the various oven settings but otherwise once I’ve figured them out they work well. The induction hob is brilliant, looking forward to using the multizone burner at Christmas.

I’ve used various induction hobs before and always found them a bit annoying. This one just works. Oven seems great so far too.
