I cannot find the door template from the pack comes with the machine, I've sent them emails asking for it but no response, then write on their help form in the website but no response, and at the end I contacted them via business WhatsApp. However they said as it's after 30 days of my purchase, they cannot send me the template. Also they have nowhere I can download the file for it. So now I'm stuck as I'm not sure where to drill the holes to install the door. Rubbish customer services. Highly not recommend this brand.

Just got this machine on Friday and so far so good. The 8kg drum is noticeably bigger than the 7kg drum in my last machine. However, it is far noisier than my last machine (our house is open plan so we do notice this more than others might). One minor niggle from me is that it seems to automatically set to an 800rpm spin (or at least it has on the quick washes, which I’ve needed to do to plough through all the washing that built up prior to delivery). So I’ve had to manually change it to the 1400rpm spin each time.

Good for the price. Just don't overload and it won't do the spin cycle if it get too heavy when wet. Fits nicely. Fast wash is also very fast. I like it and am pleased

Looks to be a lovely machine and I'm told it works well, but in 3 years when it gives up with little use and I can't take my review back it might not be so ask me then. And had to cut new holes for integrated door as the old ones were different heights

Efficient, well built washing machine. Looks good too in my new kitchen.

Lovely looking washing machine. Easy to use and much quieter than my old machine. Very pleased indeed.

Lovely washing machine the drum looks a lot smaller than my last 8kg washing machine but seems to still fit a good amount of clothes in it. A lot of the cycles are quite long which I haven’t used yet as managed to find a shorter one to use for most washes so far. Overall product does what is should just wish the cycles were shorter.

Love it, I have a puppy so I am washing the reusable pee pads daily, the 14 minute cycle makes this chore a dream. Highly recommend.
