I cannot find the door template from the pack comes with the machine, I've sent them emails asking for it but no response, then write on their help form in the website but no response, and at the end I contacted them via business WhatsApp. However they said as it's after 30 days of my purchase, they cannot send me the template. Also they have nowhere I can download the file for it. So now I'm stuck as I'm not sure where to drill the holes to install the door. Rubbish customer services. Highly not recommend this brand.

Awful. I owned an amazing Candy washer dryer years ago and decided to try this thing. It's the worst machine I've ever owned - very loud, incredibly heavy to move (for a modern machine), not sure it really is 8kg given its drum size compared to my last one, and quite frankly it's ugly. Pay a bit more and get something better would be my suggestion.

Looks to be a lovely machine and I'm told it works well, but in 3 years when it gives up with little use and I can't take my review back it might not be so ask me then. And had to cut new holes for integrated door as the old ones were different heights

Quick efficient and works well

Nice washing machine with a good range of programs. I haven't tried the really short washes but have used the 59 minute program alot, clothes come out clean and fresh. I like the shirts program too, lower spin speed reduces creasing. The 1400rpm spin is good, if a bit on the noisy side. It all feels a bit plasticky, I suppose this keeps the price down, hopefully will get plenty of use out of it. Inlet and outlet pipes are quite short and I had to get longer/extender ones, which was a bit of a pain. Overall, Happy with purchase.

Works well. A little noisy on its spin cycle, but liveable with.

Lovely washing machine the drum looks a lot smaller than my last 8kg washing machine but seems to still fit a good amount of clothes in it. A lot of the cycles are quite long which I haven’t used yet as managed to find a shorter one to use for most washes so far. Overall product does what is should just wish the cycles were shorter.

Good washing machine. Not encountered any problems with it. Quiet machine compared to our old Zanussi
