I cannot find the door template from the pack comes with the machine, I've sent them emails asking for it but no response, then write on their help form in the website but no response, and at the end I contacted them via business WhatsApp. However they said as it's after 30 days of my purchase, they cannot send me the template. Also they have nowhere I can download the file for it. So now I'm stuck as I'm not sure where to drill the holes to install the door. Rubbish customer services. Highly not recommend this brand.

Awful. I owned an amazing Candy washer dryer years ago and decided to try this thing. It's the worst machine I've ever owned - very loud, incredibly heavy to move (for a modern machine), not sure it really is 8kg given its drum size compared to my last one, and quite frankly it's ugly. Pay a bit more and get something better would be my suggestion.

Looks to be a lovely machine and I'm told it works well, but in 3 years when it gives up with little use and I can't take my review back it might not be so ask me then. And had to cut new holes for integrated door as the old ones were different heights

Easy to fit and easy to use. Happy with this product

Very good washing machine with good programming options and a perfect fit for the space I had. Only criticism is the leads and pipes at the back might not be long enough for some kitchens and the instructions for installation aren’t the clearest but overall I am happy with my purchase

Impressed, very quiet when spinning at 1400rpm. Much quieter than our previous Grundig machine

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to install. Works great- quieter than my last machine. Plenty of different washing options and useful timer. No complaints.
