Blew up after 11 months, can’t ring AI due to working hours & didn’t realise I had to register it with Vax. I’d believe buying something from a company it would be under a 12 months warranty with them! Really angry. Bad enough when they’ve just delivered a dented dryer & ignored me, when the last one only lasted 3 years!

Brilliant machine! So good at thoroughly cleaning carpets, sofas, car seats. Everything! For something so small it’s brilliantly powerful. Highly recommend

A good little cleaner. It cleans well, although it is quite noisy. There's a function to clean the hose, but to do this you have to take the cleaning head off, this is difficult to do as the small nodules that clip it into place have to be depressed to release the tool. As of yet I haven't managed to do this.

Such a good product and ex’s toy what was needed for a house with 2 young kids and 3 dogs! There’s nothing it can’t do! I’ve done cars, carpets, headboards, sofas, mats and cushions. Highly recommend!

I really like this item, the good part is it pick up dirty water so you can see that its done the job instead of leaving the item wet with water and easy to use, just its a bit flimsy so have to be carful when opening the water chambers when taking them off and on the unit.

Amazing product does exactly what it’s says. I cleaned the hall and stairs no issues.

Oh my god the best thing I have ever brought. I have 4 children the youngest being 2 and what a fantastic must have. Light weight and easy to use. Big or small clean ups this is the guy for the job. So simple to use even my older children can use it. The separate tanks make it so easy to use and so easy to empty. I love the fact that it also has a self cleaning part on it too which is amazing I honestly would recommend this product absolutely fantastic.

Really good for spills and puppy accidents. Does leave damper than expected even after using on affected area for longer than would be expected.
