Blew up after 11 months, can’t ring AI due to working hours & didn’t realise I had to register it with Vax. I’d believe buying something from a company it would be under a 12 months warranty with them! Really angry. Bad enough when they’ve just delivered a dented dryer & ignored me, when the last one only lasted 3 years!

It easy to use good store way what wanted space does the Job well

Easy to use but used too much fluid on first use and it took a long time for the furniture to dry. Beware of this!!

With us having a senior dog this is ideal for those little accidents, alot easier than using our large carpet cleaner. Its nice and compact, so easy to store, very easy to use. The only downside to it is it takes abit of going over with the suction on to get the carpet virtually dry.

Easy to use

Decent product and quite robust for the price. It can be quite expensive with the recommended carpet shampoo if attempting larger areas. However ideal for stairs, landings and rugs.

Used on stains brilliantly

Solid easy to use product. Good suction with seemingly powerful motor. Easy to dismantle and clean. Could have done with larger water capacity. It will do spots snd marks but doesn’t have the capacity to do a larger area at all.
