Dishwasher lasted only 6 months (used once per day). I have had the repairman out twice under warranty but he was unable to fix the problem and so I will be supplied with a replacement. Unfortunately the repairman told me he has seen similar problems on the same model many times! My recommendation would be to avoid this purchase. Apart from the issue above, the dishwasher worked ok, but the lower rack is not designed well - the gaps are very large, so you cannot place smaller items such as cups or small bowls without them slipping through.

Not a great dishwasher - internal layout is somehow very bad and awkward to get stuff in. I've not had a clean glass since I got this dishwasher, always blasted with gunk.

Felt a bit flimsy and unfortunately the door was damaged but Ao.com were great at providing a quick solution and exchange the product. I decided to go for a different make as overall product performance was not the greatest and all the programs felt quite complicated to use

Very good while working but didn’t last the test of time am afraid, 13 months, only getting used maybe once a day. Compared to my last few beko machines anyway. In the the end not very impressed

Product wasn't draining. Paid for connection, which AO refunded and arranged another connection for free. 2nd time they discovered the product was faulty. Now waiting for a replacement. Good service from AO but an inconvenience with the back and forth. Wish it'd been checked before sending out. Could do without the hassle. Product looks decent though visually.

It's not so much the product that's been an issue - it's the installation. There is currently a leak when we use the dishwasher, so we're waiting for an installer to come back to fix the issue. We're having to wait 5 days for this to happen.

I was very disappointed with the product - (precociously owned a Bosch (reaffirmed you get what you pay for) - holes in bottom drawer too big and things fall through - can’t put dinners plates and middle of rack as you can’t close the door properly - (door is not very secure) - not sure if seal is forming but no floods so far :) it was cheap but would rather have paid more and got a better machine .

Nice compact machine. Only downside is the shortest programme is still almost two hours long , but it’s not too loud and dishes come out clean and almost dry.
