Should be a nice oven but now the warranty has expired I can give a better review: oven glass shattered on first pyrolytic clean - fixed under warranty. when using both ovens the circuit breaker is tripped. This has not been corrected despite 2 call outs and its out of warranty now. Day to day its also a pain to clean. Definitely would not purchase smeg again.

The positives first. It looks stylish and when it works it cooks well however we are now on our 2nd call out. Such random things happen with this cooker. The latest is the oven wont heat up , the timer is random and the light in the oven is contsantly one. It rined a birthday party when it simply wouldn't heat up/. No, turning off and back on hasnt helped. Hopefuly call out will sort but losing confidence fast and will be going for a full refund.

We have had two of this model in 8 months...the first one stopped working after 1 month and the second after 7, with the main cavity failing to heat and the light repeatedly staying on. We had heard bad reviews but thought we would take the chance with it being Smeg- a reputable brand. Generally a cheaply made oven which is not worth its cost.

Absolute awful - had two units both fail in the space of just over a year. Smeg very unhelpful and reluctant to make changes/ refund

What a DISASTER!!! First cooker had a fault then was also found to have a gas leak on one of the hobs. Smeg did the right thing and replaced it with a new one only to find on the new one that the main oven locks itself and is unusable. Engineer came to complete an inspection and was told a new circuit board was to be ordered. Two weeks later we've had to chase them up for an update and demanded a replacement as your shouldn't have to repair a brand new cooker!!! I wish they'd do a quality check before it leaves the factory.

Continuous problems ,grill stops working even when supposed engineer fixes it twice, gas rings half alight because the oven is on which activates the fan. And a continuous rattle during and after using oven. Looks great though and AO are pretty good at customer service.

There needs to be a zero score to go with this cooker!!! Used 7 times and main oven stopped working, then the smaller. Smeg engineer came out and it main oven went less than 24 hours later. Smeg state that there is faults with this product and yet AO still selling it! AO and Smeg finally agreed (after many many calls) to arrange and pick up and ended having to pay an extra £900 for a different cooker. After all the hassle, loss of a cooker for weeks, call after call...how much did AO give me for the inconvenience...£20 !!!! NEVER WILL USE AO again and my advice stay CLEAR of Smeg appliances...!!!!

Not what I expected from a premium brand company. The main oven completely stopped working after only 7 months old and not a large amount of use. SMEG customer service is hopeless and don’t answer the phone!!!!! I expected the range unit to be very heavy but it feels flimsy and not well built. The product looks good and that is the only thing positive I can say about it.
