The Product is light and easy to use, which we Love,It is a pain that the Battery doesn’t last very Long ,But not Too Bad .We Will consider getting another one if it’s Required.Not yet Noticed if the Shaggy pile Rug is Deep cleaned,After Vacuumed,As we Did it with our Vac before going on Holiday. so We’re very Good with all Aspects of our Sales.Very Great full To Everyone at The so team. Good vacuum

Heavier than a similar Dyson and not quite as good but not as expensive either. Carpet brush is very good and easy to empty. Need to take batteries off to charge.

Great buy. Easy to assemble. It's lightweight and easy to use, and I find it great for using on the stairs and crevices. A great buy.

I am disappointed that the suction is not strong enough. It is top heavy because of the dirt collecting compartment, which also makes it awkward for hoovering under my bed and when used as a handheld hoover for nooks and crannies. It's not good for shaggy rugs. Only positive for me is the blue light that shows the dirt and dust that you can not see with the naked eye ??
