I am disappointed that the suction is not strong enough. It is top heavy because of the dirt collecting compartment, which also makes it awkward for hoovering under my bed and when used as a handheld hoover for nooks and crannies. It's not good for shaggy rugs. Only positive for me is the blue light that shows the dirt and dust that you can not see with the naked eye ??

Really powerful vacuum given how small it is - very pleased with this product after two more recent brands lasted just over a year.

Good vacuum

Heavier than a similar Dyson and not quite as good but not as expensive either. Carpet brush is very good and easy to empty. Need to take batteries off to charge.

The Product is light and easy to use, which we Love,It is a pain that the Battery doesn’t last very Long ,But not Too Bad .We Will consider getting another one if it’s Required.Not yet Noticed if the Shaggy pile Rug is Deep cleaned,After Vacuumed,As we Did it with our Vac before going on Holiday. so We’re very Good with all Aspects of our Sales.Very Great full To Everyone at The so team. Great cordless hoover…great on hard floors which is amazing as some others are rubbish on hard floors. Love that the battery pack and plug can be separate to the hoover itself for charging.

Great product a little in the heavy side but powerful

I'm ashamed of how much dirt this pulled out of my carpets! My previous vacuum packed up on Christmas Day, and I had muddled along with my old carpet sweeper, thinking the floors were clean, but this Vax is amazing, and easy to manoeuvre, and my carpets look new again! I might even start to enjoy vacuuming, seeing the dirt and fluff filling the canister, but I'm easily pleased! Easy to charge, easy to empty, gets under the furniture easily. I'm delighted!
