Our daughter recommended this having owned one for a while. We have now bought two, one Blade 4 and one Blade four pet, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They are absolutely brilliant and I cannot quite believe how much fluff and dirt these remove from our carpets (which, embarrassingly, I thought were quite clean!). In addition to this, their after sales service is second to none - the floor head stopped working the second time we used it (the brush did not rotate and the lights would not come on) and, although it was last Saturday (24th July), there was an agent on the chat line who arranged for an immediate replacement which arrived on Monday the 26th!

Very adaptable in awkward corners and much quieter than any other cordless cleaner ever bought. An excellent machine.

I bought this product after a lot of research into the best option of a cordless vacuum that didn’t cost the earth. This consistently came in the top few for value for money and I was not disappointed when it arrived. It’s easy to use and very efficient. Definitely better than my previous, much dearer, cord free vacuum.

I am disappointed that the suction is not strong enough. It is top heavy because of the dirt collecting compartment, which also makes it awkward for hoovering under my bed and when used as a handheld hoover for nooks and crannies. It's not good for shaggy rugs. Only positive for me is the blue light that shows the dirt and dust that you can not see with the naked eye ??

Nice and light can take apart and put together quickly and easily Extra suction boost button works great Easy to clean and battery lasts well I only have a small house but all rooms cleaned well on one battery charge And battery was recharged quickly Am really pleased I finally took the plunge and brought a cordless hoover

Fab product. Suction is great on carpets and wooden flooring. Made my life so much easier having a cordless vac and it’s not too heavy either

Wow, the best hoover I have had by far , easy to use, lightweight , easy to empty, great suction, my cats hairs are not a problem with this hoover, and getting into all of the nooks and crannies is so easy with the attachments that come with it . I will definitely be telling my friends about it.
