Had 2 and both replaced. Fridge froze everything and freezer over froze things. Engineer reckons a bad batch as the sensors were on the wrong place

Lovely tall fridge freezer, big fridge capacity. Looks beautiful. Took a few attempts to get a good one as had some defects on, AO were great about sorting exchanges. Only downside is the water dispenser. The capacity is slightly less than stated, you have to slightly underfill otherwise it comes out over the top of the cover, also we haven't quite mastered getting water out without it dripping afterwards. Overall, it's pretty good!

Love the look and the amount of space in this fridge freezer not had it a month and having to have someone come out and repair the water dispenser leaks non stop so a little disappointed hopefully once fixed all will be good

Needed to replace a separate fridge and freezer after downsizing and to maximise space in the new place. Saw this combined fridge/freezer on AO.com for the best price I could find on the Internet and made the order. Arrived well within the allocated time slot and put in place by the two fantastic delivery people. This thing is huge, holds loads of goods both in the fridge and also the freezer, it took all the goods from my previous appliances with ease and still got lots of room leftover for more goods or more beer. The stainless steel finish looks good in situ and the water dispenser is a nice little touch. Overall I am well impressed with this item and as such given it 5 stars!

Fridge freezer is perfect just what we’d hoped for. We had the height so the tallness of this product is perfect, & it has a 50/50 split for fridge & freezer space which is quite tricky to find. I’m only 5 foot so invested in a wee folding stepping stool to reach the top shelf area which makes it super easy. We are a family of 3 adults but have other family staying with us on a regular basis & the fridge freezer accommodates all our different milks, non dairy products, large meat packs separated & frozen for use warrants 5 stars.

Love this fridge freezer from Beko, good size in fridge compartment so no need to stack your food, perfect wine rack and what really put a smile on my face you can stand bottles of beer upright on the top shelf. Nice touch with water disspencer, tank is built into shelf to save space which allows for full bottles of milk ect in door. Keeps food cold and you really notice it compared to my old fridge. Same goes for freezer compartment plenty of space with 4 pull out draws. Exterior is sharp looking too with stainless front, upfront digital display gives it some nice tech too, well impressed with this product and for recommend.

A great fridge freezer for a narrow space. Not only is it deep and roomy but it’s well thought out and super tall. I’ve always had an overflowing fridge freezer as the only ones that would fit in my 70cm gap were also short; this one is fab! Also the kids are drinking heaps of water which is fab, because the dispenser makes it easy and convenient for them to grab a drink, and the water is icy cold and lovely. The bottle store is also handy as there’s always heaps of unused space under the shelves. I’m a single parent on long term sick leave so this was a stretch, but most definitely worth it.

Size is great biggest in class, price also good value. Only problem's I'm having is crisper draw freezes anything in it and altering the temperature of the fridge makes no difference that I can tell. I got 2 fridge thermometers placed one in center of fridge other in crisper draw and no matter what I set the fridge temperature at on the thermostatic control even at 4°c - 8°c the centre of the fridge is around 2°c and crisper draw -2°c which at below freezing destroys pretty much all fruit and vegetables. Have been InTouch with beko and they are sending out a engineer to see if this can be fixed.
