The water takes so long to come out of the dispenser that I won't be using it which is a shame as I really wanted one.

Had 2 and both replaced. Fridge froze everything and freezer over froze things. Engineer reckons a bad batch as the sensors were on the wrong place

Drink dispenser is leaking seems to be an on going fault with this model. Had to wait two weeks for the engineer to turn up but changed his arrival date to another date...so had to wait again. Engineer turned up and said I will order a part for you....that was a week ago! i will wait a few more days before calling them again.

Very tall and good looking fridge freezer, early days but should be big enough for our family of 4. Always purchased Bosch and our old fridge freezer lasted 16 years. Downside water dispenser broke first use, Engineer attending next week. Not a good start!

It’s big, it’s bright, it’s not perfect though. A few weeks later and the seal around the edge is coming off. The water dispenses out very slowly too. And careful with shutting the freezer door as it tends to bounce open

The features are useful. Can fit a decent amount of food. Main reason for 3 stars is its so noisy.

Size is great biggest in class, price also good value. Only problem's I'm having is crisper draw freezes anything in it and altering the temperature of the fridge makes no difference that I can tell. I got 2 fridge thermometers placed one in center of fridge other in crisper draw and no matter what I set the fridge temperature at on the thermostatic control even at 4°c - 8°c the centre of the fridge is around 2°c and crisper draw -2°c which at below freezing destroys pretty much all fruit and vegetables. Have been InTouch with beko and they are sending out a engineer to see if this can be fixed.

Very pleased with my new Beko fridge freezer.Did not realise how tall it was ,but no complaints .The only thing I find a bit awkward is the position of the door shelf quiet high ,could be better being lower.
