Product good but wouldn’t buy from ao again. Ordered a washing machine sat in all day. Not delivered phone next day to be told not in stock. Why put out for delivery then and why not tell customer

The Candy Wi-Fi Connected 9KG Condenser Tumble Dryer looks great but there are one or two design flaws. The first and major one of these is that the water collector is at the bottom of the device. So to empty it I have to get on my hands and knees to remove the plastic container. This is not ideal as I have osteoarthritis. The second issue and this is not a serious, is the settings. It’s wonderful that I can turn on my tumble dryer from anywhere in the house using the app on my phone. However, the settings are bizarre . For example, there is a setting for bathrobes but not for towels. There are all sorts of weird and wonderful settings but there isn’t one for underwear. The drum capacity is nice and large and it is definitely more energy efficient than my old machine.

I bought this tumble dryer for my son and his family who have 3 little girls under 7. He couldn’t believe how light it was first of all and how it was very easy to install and a good looking bit of kit. Apparently very quiet when on. Took a while to find out best program but now they are so pleased with the overall performance. They had been without a dryer since before Christmas as could not afford one so my treat but with the British weather this is essential for a busy working family. Good job all round.

Very good tumble dryer could not find the water bottle to empty had to Google where it was
