I bought this tumble dryer for my son and his family who have 3 little girls under 7. He couldn’t believe how light it was first of all and how it was very easy to install and a good looking bit of kit. Apparently very quiet when on. Took a while to find out best program but now they are so pleased with the overall performance. They had been without a dryer since before Christmas as could not afford one so my treat but with the British weather this is essential for a busy working family. Good job all round.

Prefer the ones where you set the timer on a dial. This has a load of different programmes but my clothes are always still damp at the end of the cycle. It doesn't turn off completely when cycle finishes so when at work it's using more electricity and I have tried the app but that's rubbish as it constantly disconnects and the only way you can reconnect is on the dryer itself.

Rubbish condensing tumble dryer. Bought to replace a Beko condensing tumbler, which (until it died after 9 years) worked effectively in our utility room. This Candy replacement tumbler seems not to work unless all the doors and windows are open - the condenser is ineffective. All the advice proffered has been followed and yet still it struggles to dry clothes effectively, and pumps out condensation into the house. I'm really, really annoyed that I've spent hundreds of hard earned pounds on a "Best Buy" product and it's not fit for purpose. ??????

Had to replace worn out machine. Pleased we got a condensing drier. Quite a number of different programs to use. Easy to clean out filter and drain water tray

Good easy 2 use

The delivery was good. Packaging removed and taken away. The condenser dryer works treat. Easy to clean the filter and a noise let’s us know when the water is full! I don’t use it all of the time but it’s a great bit of kit.

Great bit of kit. Purchase of the dryer was simple through a well thought out website. Payment was easy and quick. Delivery was inside delivery window given to us and we were kept well updated. Product was delivered directly into our kitchen. As for the dryer we have been using it daily and it’s working really well, it’s very quiet compared to our old dryer and also drying clothes quicker. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is due to the location of the water collection tank. In our old machine this was a drawer at the top of the dryer that we just pulled out and emptied in the sink with ease while standing. In this machine the water collection tank is at the bottom behind a fold down panel under the main door. We have to pull down the panel and remove it, then slide out the tank which Is at floor level, you end up on your knees while carrying out this task. Just a bit more hassle than before. Having said all that we are very happy with the dryer and I forgot to mention it has WiFi connectivity which allows control from your phone. Very happy with AO New oven needed soon so will be visiting soon Thanks
