Cooker good is smart and not as noisy as mentioned in other reviews. Very happy with purchase, as we struggled to find a small enough hood to fit the space in our canopy due to our previous unit being small. Would recommend.

We have not fitted this cooker hood yet but have plugged it in & tested it & it seems to be working absolutely fine. It isn’t too noisy which is great as the one we are replacing, which is a different make & at least 13 years old, is now squeeling & making it hard to hear anything when we are in the kitchen. Neff has a good reputation so we are hoping for many years of use.

Had to increase the size of the space into which the hood fitted. My kitchen is 15 years old and I bought a different model but with some adjustment it fitted fine. Less noisy than my previous fan My old hood had the lights at the front this model has them at the back......liked the front lights better but overall very happy with this product

Excellent extraction unit. Easy to install and very quiet. Lights are OK.

Just been fitted and it looks very good and a lot quieter than the old one can't wait to cook and use it Even the fitter like it

Great service from AO I was advised by Neff this was the ‘replacement’ product for my old cooker hood. However it require more clearance to rear and was not as wide as old hood - hence considerable fettling.

nothing to dislike - felt a little flimsy but easy to install will have to see how durable it proves.

Prompt delivery, good packaging. Fitted well into the space we did need an electrician to instal good bright light no too loud very pleased
