The manual could be much better, also customer support. After installing the extractor and reading parts of the manual i do not bother with I realised that it needed a different installation if to be used to circulate the air it is not going through a flu or chimney. I should by a special accessory that is not easy to find in the NEFF shop and instructions to adapt are pretty useless. I am still waiting for someone to correct this. I assume that it will work OK after that

For the price, this is a solid, well-built extractor fan with two speeds and two bulb light that is more than sufficient to light everything under the hood.

1st class service, received replacement D51NAA1COB cooker hood. ( old one was over 20yearsold) Tried it for fit, yes perfect, but problem ;...Clips have clicked into place , meaning I cannot remove it !!! Any suggestions ??
