Great service from AO I was advised by Neff this was the ‘replacement’ product for my old cooker hood. However it require more clearance to rear and was not as wide as old hood - hence considerable fettling.

The build quality of this unit very good. Operationally it's powerful but also quiet. The installation was straightforward and it looks smart. Overall good product and service.

Excellent extractor hidden away in kitchen unit so kitchen is streamlined and looks amazing. Fan is quiet and lights light the hob fine for cooking. Fan is slightly noisy on highest setting but that I think is normal for all extractor. Excellent product highly recommend.
