Brilliant oven great service very prompt delivery very pleased

So far, a good oven that has lots of functions and runs quietly. Only minor challenge is the markings are on the knobs, and you need to be tall enough to see the top of the knob. Will get used to this though.

Great product, easy to install, customer service very helpful and delivery on time.

The previous AEG oven lasted 15 years so we thought to buy same make. The replacement is 200 times better and we were very pleased with the old one.

This is a small oven. When I made a large batch of scones, they were unevenly baked , despite being on the fan setting. Having only 2 shelves seriously impeded being able to adequately cook Christmas lunch ( thank goodness for borrowed air fryers). The knobs felt loose and it was not particularly easy see what temperature setting you were on.After 1 week of use, I returned this oven to get a better model. ( it didn't help that at the time of purchase it was advertised as a 68 litre oven, when in fact it is only 61 litres). Not a positive experience. However the AO service to remedy the situation was 5 star, thank you AO !!

I thought long and hard before buying this double oven but I'm glad that I went ahead with my purchase. One thing I particularly like is the size of the top oven, I can roast a beef joint one one shelf and put roasties on the other shelf. The controls are easy to use and the timer is easy to set and cancel - something I never did achieve on my old oven! The main oven has kept itself clean over the Christmas period and I managed to cook a meal for 6 - including a lot of sides that were oven cooked. Slight problem with the temperature readings, the settings are on the side of the knob and being small they are difficult for me to see so a little bit of guess work (being lazy and not wanting to get a step out every time I use either oven. Distinct lack of shelves though glad I kept my old ones, they came in very handy over Christmas. Overall very pleased with the oven and would recommend it.

So far so good - only had it a short time so only given it a 4 Star rating, but if it carries on performing as it is easily upgrade to 5 Stars. Certainly an improvement on our old oven. Cooks evenly and efficiently. Only slight downside is there is no programmable timer so you can have dinner cooking for you will out. But overall good product.
