Fantastic heat pump tumble dryer. I can't believe how cheap this is to run. A long cotton cycle uses 0.9kwh of energy so on a standard tariff, this will cost about 24p to dry a 10kg load of washing. The machine itself is super quiet and looks cool too. It has the option to be plumbed in so you don't have to keep emptying the water container. It's WiFi connected too and comes with an app where you can monitor the energy usage and program cycles to run. Yes it's more expensive that a condenser tumble dryer but it's 5 times cheaper to run each cycle. If you are thinking of getting one then just do it, best purchase we have made this year.

Impressive was not sure about buying at all used it twice nice all concern gone and love it. What a great choice didn’t know make or anything about heat pump dryers am now learning. Drys the clothes as good as my old vented dryer but takes twice as long but uses much less energy. Looks are very good and has a large weight capacity. Will differently buy Hisense again.

Impressed so far, installed in about 30 mins including routing the condensate drain into a permanent connection so you don’t have to empty it. Used mostly on the auto setting as once the cloths are dry the machine just stops and sends an alert to your phone. We have also bought the Hisense 12 kg washing machine so between both of them we are flying through the laundry! Just need a machine that puts the clean cloths away!

This product replaced a 4 year old conventional dryer which had sadly failed and tried to set on fire (from different manufacturer) so I was forced into a new purchase. However, I’m so glad we changed. This dryer is ridiculous… my dries have gone from using 8-10kW to 1-1.5kW. At today’s energy prices (~30p/kW) this thing will have paid itself off in 240 cycles. We do 5-7 cycles a week, so within a year, I will have saved money. From a practical perspective, the manual is pretty good (though there is a slight lack of clarity about the custom cycle settings), installation is very easy including plumbing in the drain if you don’t want to use the collector drawer. The cycles do what they say, leaving your clothes slightly damp for ironing all the way to bone dry for storage. We’ve tried some delicates and that cycle didn’t damage anything we tested. The lint catcher is actually two lint catchers and so far has done an exceptional job of keeping any lint away from the condenser (meaning significantly lower risk of any failures). The mobile app is excellent and even shows how much energy the unit has used. My one gripe with this machine is that it doesn’t default to mobile app control being on. You have to select it on the machine when you load it and turn it on. If it could default to on it would make the app much more useful. An excellent product and a good price that, if you’re upgrading from an older, non heat-pump machine, will pay itself off easily.

Excellent piece of equipment. Best upgrade to our home ever. Easy to use, auto mode works great. I would recommend to anyone.

Looks good, dries efficiently and the ability to plumb in or empty water tray by hand is an excellent feature
