I've owned this for about a year now. It looks the business and heats up quickly, especially the grill. Easy to clean and spacious inside both ovens. However, it definitely gives an uneven cook. It seems to burn food down the centre of the oven faster than food around the edges. Interestingly, my mum has a different Smeg oven and that exhibits the same problem with uneven heat distribution. Given the opportunity to purchase again, I would probably pick a different brand.

Overall very pleased with the new oven. Purchased to replace a previous Smeg (20 yr old). Very quiet, works well and a good update of an existing style. Only (minor) criticism is the clock button markings are faint and do not show up well in dim light.

Overall an excellent product, easy to use and efficient quick cooking. If I was to be picky it could have an extra shelf in the main oven and some thought should go into how to clean the runner below each door as the crumbs collect.

Very satisfied with my purchase, I had read the controls were confusing but I have not found any issues. First meal was Christmas Dinner but it cooked everything perfectly.

Excellent quality product, easy to use and good-sized ovens for an integrated oven. The only downside is the fact that each oven is supplied with only one rack.
