Although this tumble dryer is considerably more expensive than conventional tumble dryers, I believe I will recover this amount in reduced energy consumption over the lifetime of the new machine. In the few times we have used it, it dries clothes quicker than the quoted programme times, and looking at my smart meter, the running costs do look significantly lower than my old unit. Plenty of different programmes to choose from, and even I, a 72 year old male, find it simple to operate. On receipt of the machine, I reversed the door, and connected the waste directly to the drain from the kitchen sink. Very simple. Service from AO, was as usual: excellent!

Having bought the matching washing machine I went for the heat pump tumble dryer. I was impressed at how easy it was to use via the Samsung smart things app to use more effectively the drying programs available. So much easier than one setting fits all. Less energy used which is a real bonus and the clothes are dried more efficiently

So good, clothes always smell fresh

Nice looking machine, takes a bit of time to figure the out settings. The instruction leaflet is basic at best & you need to go online to get a more in-depth user manual. Overall I’m reasonably pleased with it but haven’t had it long enough to see if there is much difference in my electricity bills.

Great team from order to delivery and install. Delivery team were so excited to tell me that my tumble dryer had a rack that can be fitted to place trainers on so do not clunk around when drying, or you can put delicate jumpers on it to avoid misshaping happening, that was before they even unpacked it. It’s so refreshing to see such excitement when doing their job. I wish I was that happy in my job ! A great company clearly, many thanks to all. Makes me want to buy my next item from them.
