Very well made tumble dryer and much more efficient than old style ones. So far I've done two mixed loads one approximately half and the other closer to full and despite the initial timer being 3 hours for both, the drys were both complete withing an hour and a half and stopped on the moisture sensors. A great energy saving device that has massively simplified my washing routine.

Having not bought a new drier in some time I didn't know what to expect but it's soo quiet and I can see an immediate effect on my energy usage.

How thrilled am I with this tumble, I researched heat pump tumbles a lot before ordering because of the impending hike in fuel prices and without fail found them to be far more economic in use as opposed to my previous tumble, I do a large amount of washing and drying so saving money is very important to me, very large drum so more can be dried in one tumble which saves a lot of money, the finish on the clothes is very good with way less wrinkles than previously, now the actual cost of running it, with my previous tumble the smart meter would be registering over a pound an hour for the length of the drying which often was around 2 hours long because of heavy bedding to be dried so that in itself meant the old condenser tumble would be around £2 and more per use and since it has to go on frequently (disabled people in the house) it meant I could use at least £6 of electricity in a day without everything else that uses electricity adding to it, as I have to do this daily you can imagine how pressing the need to cut the price of using it is to me, with this heat pump tumble the smart meter registers a pound an hour while the heat is being made which is actually a very short time BUT instantly there is enough heat the reading goes down to 33p an hour for the rest of the drying time, what an incredible saving!, with the heat being recycled within the tumble itself it really does what it says on the tin, saves a bomb being used and all has been dried to perfection so far, am way happier using a tumble drier now so I do thoroughly recommend this machine, it will save you a fortune over the life of its use.

Nice and quiet machine. Easy to program and works with the SmartThings app when you connect with your Wi-Fi. My only annoyance is the fact that it was advertised as having a reversible door which since Samsung have written HeatPump Technology on the door is no longer reversible unless you don’t mind upside down writing on it. I spoke with Samsung about this and they told me reversing the door isn’t under warranty and should be done by their own engineers which is chargeable to me. Not good customer service from Samsung.

Once I got used to the fact that this is a heat pump drier and does not get really hot, like my old one, this appliance is fantastic. It exceeds my expectations. And hopefully save on my electric usage.

Quiet. Not sure there is a huge difference between many of the programmes - there are a limited number or variables which can be changed on the drier. Initial drying times look long but mostly the drier does it in a much shorter time. Like most Samsung products it does what it says on the box and does it well. Don't forget to collect the 5 year warranty from the Samsung website.

Absolutely love this tumble dryer quieter than my last one dries the clothes perfectly and quickly well worth paying the extra for a decent product even tells me when to clean the heat exchanger, can be plumbed in to the drain pipe so no need to empty the water box.
