Great team from order to delivery and install. Delivery team were so excited to tell me that my tumble dryer had a rack that can be fitted to place trainers on so do not clunk around when drying, or you can put delicate jumpers on it to avoid misshaping happening, that was before they even unpacked it. It’s so refreshing to see such excitement when doing their job. I wish I was that happy in my job ! A great company clearly, many thanks to all. Makes me want to buy my next item from them.

It's very easy to use and dries your clothes so gently that a lot of items don't need ironing! It is very quiet compared to my previous drier and the Heat Pump system reduces the amount of hot air in circulation, so not so much condensation in the drier room. Plenty of drying options. Overall a very good Tumble Drier.

The dryer has been great, so much better than the previous Bosch we had. Everything feels softer. Too early to tell on energy efficiency, but works really well.
