Great capacity, nice a quiet. It’s taking me a little while to get used to the different cycles.

Very pleased with the product. Easy to install and very quiet in its class. The heat pump works very intelligently, sucking up all the moisture and water. Have not tried the Wifi capability though.

Very easy to use - even without being connected to a waste water pipe. Can sometimes be hard to predict how long the drying will actually take!

It’s brilliant. Low noise. Clothes come out nice dry and feel fresh.

Great energy efficient drier with enough programmers for all load types. Neat integration with Samsung Smartthings App also.

So far very good, drier very fast for medium loads, not much creasing. Have not connected to the drains but collecting condensed water in a separate container is just as easy. Very quiet and plays a good tune when the cycle is complete. Cupboard dry means cupboard dry, no complaints there! Easy to rattle thru three large loads in a day.Bed sheets a doddle with the large opening. Looking forward to a long trouble free service.

The only reason this product will save you money is that it will be faster to dry your clothes outside or near a radiator. It is sooooo frustrating. Towels take over 3 hours to dry. Nightmare in a busy household. It looks nice though and the light inside is a nice touch. I don’t recommend it at all. Sorry.

It's early days yet but in the short time I've had it all seems good. clothes do take a little longer to dry compared to our old vented one but it's so much more convenient than the vented one the light inside the drum surprised me and I love that you can choose between using the water tank or switch the pipes and have it drain directly out to a drain.
