Heat pump tumble dryer - great!

Although this tumble dryer is considerably more expensive than conventional tumble dryers, I believe I will recover this amount in reduced energy consumption over the lifetime of the new machine. In the few times we have used it, it dries clothes quicker than the quoted programme times, and looking at my smart meter, the running costs do look significantly lower than my old unit. Plenty of different programmes to choose from, and even I, a 72 year old male, find it simple to operate.
On receipt of the machine, I reversed the door, and connected the waste directly to the drain from the kitchen sink. Very simple.
