Do not but this USELESS, I have now had this 3 months it takes far too long to dry clothes, I have been advised, by AO to turn the room temperature up to help speed up drying.. a clothes line would have been better, at least then the bed linen would not be wrapped into a ball and be dry in under 6 hours (king size Duvet by itself takes 4.5Hrs plus) and even 5kg of shirts takes 3 hours

Service and delivery from AO was excellent. The dryer is very disappointing as it seems to wrap washing into a ball, particularly bed linen. Any items that have drawstrings such as shorts and jogging bottoms end up with the drawstring being completely tangled. I don’t think this dryer has reverse drying which causes the problem. I would not recommend this model.

So far, so good. Replaces a 2year 2 month old (lightly used 2 times a week when weather bad) Samsung Heat Pump model (just out of warranty) with failed heat pump. Samsung were less than helpful in arranging someone to look at it (I was happy to pay) so got an independent to look at it who diagnosed heat pump failed. Disappointing as very little use. (Quoted cost for repair was £600 if and when they could get the part which was out of stock!) Why buy another Samsung? When it worked brilliant and at the moment it has 5year warranty (in my opinion essential). Make sure you register 5 year warranty you have been warned

I’m loving my Samsung dryer still trying to workout the correct settings to use as sometimes as I’m being over cautious I’m finding that the clothes are not coming out completely dry (tell the truth I don’t want be buying back the Mrs any new jumpers Lol ??) but I love that it’s super quiet as well that really helps

The only reason this product will save you money is that it will be faster to dry your clothes outside or near a radiator. It is sooooo frustrating. Towels take over 3 hours to dry. Nightmare in a busy household. It looks nice though and the light inside is a nice touch. I don’t recommend it at all. Sorry.

Nice and quiet machine. Easy to program and works with the SmartThings app when you connect with your Wi-Fi. My only annoyance is the fact that it was advertised as having a reversible door which since Samsung have written HeatPump Technology on the door is no longer reversible unless you don’t mind upside down writing on it. I spoke with Samsung about this and they told me reversing the door isn’t under warranty and should be done by their own engineers which is chargeable to me. Not good customer service from Samsung.

Nice looking machine, takes a bit of time to figure the out settings. The instruction leaflet is basic at best & you need to go online to get a more in-depth user manual. Overall I’m reasonably pleased with it but haven’t had it long enough to see if there is much difference in my electricity bills.

Okay drier but takes many hours to dry anything, clothes never feel warm
