Fantastic dryer. This dryer looks stylish and is well made. There are plenty of programs for all your drying needs and I've only tried a few but the signs are good. After reading comments about heat pump dryers, I expected longer drying times in exchange for lower energy use but with the possibility of things being not quite as dry as I'm used to. However, my experience is that estimated drying times are longer than my old dryer but actual drying times don't seem much longer. Everything is as dry as it was in my old dryer and it uses a fraction of the energy. Furthermore, it is quieter than my old dryer. While it is the most expensive dryer I've purchased, the cost will easily be made back in savings on my electricity bill. I definitely recommend this tumble dryer to others.

Takes longer to dry than a traditional dryer but does it well with no residual dampness providing you don’t overfill the dryer. Jury out cost savings wise as I’ve not owned it long enough.

I’ve never had an appliance that connects to the Wi-Fi before. It was a bit confusing to set up but once done it’s easy to control. You get to name your appliance which of course I took full advantage of the name ‘Mr Tumble.’ Programmes are easy to set up and send to the tumble dryer but you do have to press start manually which seems a bit pointless of the app but there are options for when you’re out the house, so perhaps it can be useful for this. The dryer doesn’t give out heat which is very helpful when there’s a heatwave! It seems to know when items are dry quicker than the programme is set to run for and so does stop sooner. It uses hardly any electric and is generally quite quiet. There is however, like most Samsung appliances, a very annoying tune at the end of its programme but I guess there must be a way to turn that off. It dries things quicker than my old tumble dryer did and they come out smelling freshly washed, unlike my old tumble dryer too.

Really pleased with it after the first couple of weeks.

Excellent machine. I was even able to plumb it in tot he waste system so there is no need to keep emptying the draw!

Pretty Decent so far but only had it a week or so.

Great appliance, much quieter than our old Bell. It took a while to connect to the app due to it thinking it was a washer, a factory reset sorted the issue.
