Once the set up has been completed - it’s a bit fiddly!
the results are fine with a good selection of drinks
We’ve used beans and ground coffee and both give good results
There is no clear instruction on how to use the “frother” facility.
If you have wide rimmed mugs you can’t make two drinks at the same time / only if you use mugs with a rim diameter of 3 inches maximum
The hottest setting for the water/coffee could do with being a bit hotter than the current hottest option available but not a deal breaker!!
The nozzles can be pre heated and there is a “clean” function to keep everything clean after your coffee I has been delivered
