Great coffee machine. Had an issue with the first machine and AO replaced the machine with no hassle and very quickly. The machine makes fantastic tasting coffee, very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Coffee is out of this world from this machine. First machine had a leak from the drip tray and had a weird issue with the espresso button where it would pour too much coffee. However, AO exchanged the machine without any issues and made sure I didn’t have to go without my new amazing machine. I’m so delighted with it. I’m sure I was just unlucky with the first machine but even still the coffee it produced after the settings were dialled into my preference is absolutely class! Love it! Thanks AO for the best service also.

Fantastic product, has so many coffee options. Love the digital display and the fact you can set the amount of foam you want depending on the type of coffee you are making. Looks great in my kitchen and makes a delicious coffee just as professionally as if you purchased one from a coffee shop. I would highly recommend.

Easy to use and look after, makes great coffee but like all coffee makers is quite noisy

Great product, this is my second De'Longhi Bean to Cup (first one died after solid service!) Produces a great cup of coffee, uses less water and less milk wastage. Machine is slick, well put together and easy to use
