Great coffee machine, bit pricey but do the job perfectly. Amazing coffee can be made, I love the fact, that milk container is a separate part and is easy to clean as I couldn't stand out cleaning all milk pipes and bits from old one.My son love his hot chocolate with frothy milk and ability to use ground coffee is also good, especially when someone required decaff coffee for example. Only coffee grinder could be bit more quiet.

It is nice addition to kitchen, well built. Brand is established on market. Very easy to use and self cleaning mechanism is great. Apart of pre-programed coffee options possibility to customise your own coffee based on your taste making it perfect for all. Milk option giving you chance to prepare chocolate for little ones. Overall very pleased every member of our family.

After heavily researching coffee machines I bought this one and have not been disappointed. Easy to use, simple to clean, plenty of features and delivers a great coffee. This is actually a fairly easy machine to sum up – if you can afford it and like the look of it, then buy it.

Great bean to cup coffee machine, took a few days to master it's full potential, now we have it's so easy and makes the best coffee. More economical than our pod machine

Really great machine, fantastic coffee at the press of a button, and self cleaning features are great. Only slight issue is the first coffee of the days is often on the cooler side. But everything else is perfect.

Fantastic, easy to set up. Makes a great cup of coffee. Cappuccino great, love the milk dispenser. The self clean feature is great, and pleased it happens every time you turn on/off. Was pleasantly surprised it included hard water test and ability to set the machine to match your local water. As good as high street coffee shops!!!! I could go on and on and on. Definitely a lifetime purchase, not cheap but worth every penny.

Great machine it takes quite a bit of setting up but once done it makes beautiful coffee and very quickly and very nice tasting.
