The delivery was made on time and the coffee machine is just as described.

If like me you are fussy about your coffee then you will find this machine great. Once you have the beans you like and have set up the grind, strength and amount of water you require(all easy to do) its as simple as pressing a button for excellent coffee every time.

The first fully automatic machine purchased and after a week of use immensely pleased with the ease of use including basic cleaning which is automatic. Regular black coffees are hot even despite not being on maximum setting. Milk based drinks are also of a good temperature with a nice foam created. Overall an excellent machine for the pricepoint.

Bought as Christmas present for daughter who wanted this model. She noticed first day using it that the printed control buttons were starting to disappear, contacted AO on boxing day and things could not have been simpler. Makers contacted, exchange organised and told to carry on using it until replaced. No such issues with replacement, bean to cup just as you like and a nice fact that the milk jug stores in the fridge.
