It is a bit of a try and try again to get it set up how you want it, but once done great coffee at the press of a button. Some reviews say the coffee is too cold but I disagree. I have the temp on normal and you can make it hotter still in the settings. What more could you want. 4 stars only because of the menu system being difficult to set up, but 5 stars for the great coffee - I drink black americano style, which this calls long coffee.

Lots of options so still working on what our favourite setup is. Wish there was a mug setting though. We usually add two extra long cups.

Really very pleased with my coffee machine. It took me a good month to get to grips with how to make all the different options - I still haven't tried them all! I am very much enjoying my daily latte and have saved so much money from not buying a daily coffee. The only reason I didn't give it a 5* is because it is very noisy when it grinds the coffee - if anyone was asleep when you put the machine on they would be awake in no time! very pleased.

Makes a great latte, flat white etc and it’s easy to use My only gripe which is personal preference is the milk based drinks could do with being hotter That said I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again

I have this machine for 2 weeks, I still can't find a coffee that would satisfy me in 100%. Coffee with milk is perfect. the cleaning process is very simple. would i buy again? Yes

A very nice roasted bean to coffee machine, with a good selection of coffees. The machine cleans itself after each dispenser. My only slight issue is the freshly made coffee should have a hotter temperature.

A coffee could be hotter, great machine though. Great for doing a cup of tea or instant coffee separate hot water spout, saves using the kettle
