Love the product it’s still a work in progress for me to determine how best to use it but that’s user error on my part

Quite complicated to workout, but once understood am very happy with this coffee machine so far. It is also quite loud.

Great buy, easy to use all be it it takes time to get the coffees you want perfect, you just have to play with it. Touch of a button now gives me my perfect beam to cup, love it.

Excellent tasting coffee, only criticism is temperature of milk isn’t piping hot

Easy to use. It’s easy to regulate strength and quantity. So far so good. ????

I like this bean to cup machine , well packaged and arrived next day. The only issue I have, is the temperature of the steamed milk isn’t as hot as I would like when making Lattes and cappuccinos. The water temperature is programmable in 4 steps of temp. But the temperature of the milk cannot be adjusted. I’ve knocked 1 star off for this reason.

Lovely easy use. Couple of reservations: 1. Too much milk poured for cappuccino and it doesn’t save your preferences 2. Good and bad - cleans the coffee system when machine switches off (good) and when it is switched on again (why?) I do like it though. So easy!

Makes great coffee, but a bit fiddly.
