It's a fantastic machine, lots of options for black and white coffee (flat white, cappuccino, macchiato, latte), you can set the strength of each (5 options) and the volume of black coffee. You can also reprogram any of the milk ones if you so fancy. One thing that needs to be said is that De'Longhi are definitely not masters of user experience, so figuring out the obvious takes time and experimentation. For example, we had to spend some time to find out if it's possible to change the strength and volume of the pre-programmed milk coffees. Turns out you can only change the strength. You're welcome by the way, I just saved you a couple of days.

This was half price when I bought it. Still getting use to it but starting to get to grips with the drinks it can make, the size of drink etc. I’d read reviews about it using a lot of water and having to empty the drip tray often - I just put a used takeaway carton underneath which saves doing that.

Low cost look good make nice coffee

Great product, but very expensive. I got it as a Black Friday offer, but for full price, I think I would be a bit disappointed. Some of the settings are a little odd, but easy enough to navigate them. Very good machine so far, I've used it for coffees, teas, and making hot chocolate.

Makes a great coffee although not enough milk is dispensed when a cappuccino is made.

The only thing that stops this getting 5 stars is the propensity of the milk nozzle to spray the milk down the side of the cup (occasionally) depending on the settings of the frother. Apart from that it is really very good indeed. Lovely coffees and a good range of milk settings. Much better than my old one (lasted over 5 years) which I also thought was very good. If you like coffee and particularly if you like Cappuccinos, Lattes, Flat Whites or Machiatto this is an excellent machine and has a larger water and coffee bean containers than in the past. Go on buy one you know it makes sense.

This is a lovely coffee machine and if you read all the instructions it is quite straight forward to set up. It produces good coffee that can be altered easily to produce a stronger/weaker drink. The milk frother produces frothy milk but not the consistency for a Flat White which I would have liked. I use the Short Coffee button and add milk separately. It has a Rinse Function and is easy to clean. Overall it is a good machine and I am pleased with my purchase.

The first machine we got had a technical problem so it couldn't be set up. AO arranged for a direct swap a couple of days later. The machine makes nice coffee and is easy to use, so we are really happy. I've given it 4 stars because of the initial problem, but customer service has been excellent, as ever.
