The cycles on this machine are really good! The short cycles are really handy, it's great that by reducing the temperature it also reduces the time and gives the option from 60 degrees down to 30. The spin is also adjustable on all cycles. Overall, exactly what I wanted with the shorter cycles. Really pleased!

Worst ever washing machine. Timer is useless. If you see on display 7 min - it will last for 20 min. Programming non understandable. And is not efficient. 4 hour washing is not energy saving at all.

Can't believe how quiet this machine is. I work from home and I don't get the constant drone when it's or 'lift off' sound when the spin cycle starts. I'm usually a 3 dial person, temperature, spin speed and time, however I have found the digital display very easy to use. It makes these chores in my life, washing, drying and ironing so much quicker and easier.

Whilst the machine is quiet, it broke down within 6 months of buying it. Sharp warranty customer service are below expectations on the way they deal with a client and the engineer who was meant to come and fix it is completely unreliable - no notification of lateness and when I called him after the agreed 4 h time-frame for the repair appointment has passed, he gave me no indication of what time he will arrive next and acted quite upset that I dared to call and ask when he will make it to the appointment. Unprofessional through and through.... I am left with a broken washing machine, 6 months into having it and no prospects of having it fixed in sight. Not a happy customer!

Just before Xmas our washing machine broke, so we looked at a few retailers and this had the quickest delivery time. Easy website to navigate and compare. Quick and easy to order and delivery went smooth-with pick up of the old machine. This machine is for a family of four with almost twice daily use, so far so good. Washing feels cleaner and comes out still warm from a hot wash. Easy enough for both my hubby and I to use and it didn’t break the bank right on top of Xmas - when we could all do with pennies from heaven, not our white goods breaking.
