Product not working when plumbed in - circuit fault. AO have been helpful but manufacturers not helpful at all and now left without a washing machine for at least 3 weeks as manufacturers are adamant an engineer must come out rather than simply replacing it.

Yes it has all the programmes you need but not in one programme. I was after a relatively short cycle (an hour or so), for a full load and full spin. This machine only offers a 3hour 55minute option. That is not helpful when I want to do a load before work or get 3 loads washed and dried in a day! I have to use the hour cycle with a lower spin, then put it on another spin. If AO let you see the manufacturer cycle information on their website, I would have known this and never have bought this product. There is a half load, full spin and hour long cycle option. Great if there's only one or two people in the household. Not for families. The machine is very quiet though and my clothes seem clean so gave it 2 stars.

the washing machine stopped working after 14 months, it does not rinse nor complete the cycle. The washing machine is used by a household of 2. Tried to call AO customer service as well as indesit customer service and had no luck.

Not very "family friendly" I bought a 1400 spin, hardly any of the programmes are 1400....at least 75% of the programmes take 2.5 hours or up to 3.5 hours.... I have a family if 5, I can't be having 3 hours for a wash. And despite the website saying the delivery guys would put it in a room of my choice, they dumped it inside the front door and claimed "covid rules"

Not sure if it has a fault , less than a week old - but after two loads of washing found it has not come out spun as like my old machine which was also an indesit - I will monitor over the next few washes as the last wash had to put on again and set on a short spin circle before I could hang out - not impressed at present - I'm also concerned a slight smell on burning rubber ?

Bought this washing machine as it was very inexpensive and has short cycles. I do a lot of washing, and whichever make of washing machine I have bought in the past, they have never lasted me more than 3 years. The short cycles are great, but I do find unless the washer is quite full the clothes come out a little too wet. This is easily remedied by an extra 10 minute spin. I use the longer programmes for bedding, towels and whites as you can use the 1400 spin. I find it to be a quiet washing machine and am very happy with it. Can recommend if you don’t want to pay too much.

ao.com need to rethink there staff training. This is the second washing machine I have ordered in the last six months. Same problem both times. Isolated is seized staff told not allowed to turn off stop cock mains so I turned it off. Then have no crimps to undo pipe from water inlet to washing machine. So used old pipe. Last week two very nice lads attended my mums to take away old machine and install new machine. One lad tried to undo the connector and isolator under sink said he couldn’t undo it. Used old pipe I found a rubber washer on the floor from existing pipe and said I think you need that and left in on the side. He did not use it. Did test and left. After first wash water all over the flood and leak under sink. I took it apart and refitted it. Still got leak under sink. Second time same situation as first time in my house. Don’t offer to change washing machines over if staff not given adequate training and tools to do the job. Machine ok ao.com not trading staff to do the job correctly .

I have a large family and use my machine several times a day, we’ve used an Indesit model for years now. I replaced my old model with a new one a few months ago. It’s simple to use, I love my new model tells digitally how long my wash will take. It’s quiet so long as it fits the gap in the kitchen. My clothes are washed and clean. I wanted an uncomplicated machine abd that’s what I got and reasonably priced
