the washing machine stopped working after 14 months, it does not rinse nor complete the cycle. The washing machine is used by a household of 2. Tried to call AO customer service as well as indesit customer service and had no luck.

Absolute pile of manure! Spin is relatively ineffective. Error code F05 (Won't drain) since we've had it. Indesit call centre not very helpful.

This indesit lasted 1year and 9months. I have been told that it's not repairable (burning smell). This was my second one. The first one lasted 2years and 11months. So I'm done with indesit, false economy buying these cheap machines, (well for me anyway)

ao.com need to rethink there staff training. This is the second washing machine I have ordered in the last six months. Same problem both times. Isolated is seized staff told not allowed to turn off stop cock mains so I turned it off. Then have no crimps to undo pipe from water inlet to washing machine. So used old pipe. Last week two very nice lads attended my mums to take away old machine and install new machine. One lad tried to undo the connector and isolator under sink said he couldn’t undo it. Used old pipe I found a rubber washer on the floor from existing pipe and said I think you need that and left in on the side. He did not use it. Did test and left. After first wash water all over the flood and leak under sink. I took it apart and refitted it. Still got leak under sink. Second time same situation as first time in my house. Don’t offer to change washing machines over if staff not given adequate training and tools to do the job. Machine ok ao.com not trading staff to do the job correctly .

1 star for the machine, 5 stars for AO. The Indesit EWD81483WUKN was a very poor and disappointing machine. Dreadful clunking noise at end of wash cycle before spin started. Spin vibration and noise worryingly bad. Door very hard to open. Spoke to AO customer service who agreed an exchange for an alternative make and model. First class response and service from AO.

ao delivered efficiently and on time as normal but the machine did not work. We struggled to get hold of anyone at ao given it was a Sunday but on Monday ao quickly arranged with the manufacturer to send an engineer. After replacing the motor then the pressure censor and a reprogram of the whole system the machine still did not work. On the plus side the manufacturer instantly gave us an uplift order number and ao arranged for a replacement when we wanted it. Sometimes it’s not about the issue, it’s what you do to resolve them.

I am very pleased with my new Indesit washing machine, my grandsons football kit is. now 'sparkling' white and red. Soarkling White

Machine did not work. Full week still no new machine.
