We had an LG washing machine previously. They seem to have changed the feet and this machine is sliding around the floor when it spins. Despite a second visit from AO and a service engineer coming out from LG it is still moving. Do not buy if you have a tile floor

Really happy with the LG washing machine which replaced a previous and similar LG washing machine. It has a big drum capacity, very quiet with many wash options - all of which are of huge benefit to me. Yes it's expensive compared to others on the market but I have my washer on daily and it is worth the money.

I've had my first LG washing machine for over 11 years until bearings when few weeks back. One of First Steam washing machines on market. I had very old established washing machine Repair shop here in BATH say LG are good. Before my LG went wrong it was still quite, pretty good I'd say. Now my new TRUESTEAM washing machine looks very impressive, but what stands it above the crowd is the DIRECT DRIVE MOTOR, NOT DIGITAL DRIVE, that's not the same so be aware. I'm not 100% sure but LG are only manafactor to offer this. My advice go for dial LG version to save money. But if you want to impress then get my one.oh 12KG Drum is massive.

This is the first time I’ve bought an LG washing machine I looked at the Which report. I can honestly say I’m not disappointed. Large drum capacity, excellent quite spin. Clothes cleaner than my previous machine. Would highly recommend this product I know it’s more expensive than other washing machines on the market but you pay for quality.

Good service. Delivery as expected. Still getting used to the machine but so far I love it! I still haven't managed to fill it up though! The stream refresh seems pretty clever - will make ironing easier and quicker.

This machine was purchased as a result of the very favourable Which review and ,so far , is very much up to our (very high) expectations

I have an open plan kitchen and my old washer was very noisy. The LG machine is quiet and performs well - it really is an excellent washing machine and I give it five stars.

We did our research and after having a Samsung previously, we decided to go for LG and have been impressed with the build quality, the washing performance and the fact that it’s not noisy. I would certainly recommend this for anyone
