This washing machine replaces very old one that came with my property. It is extremely quiet, which the old one was not. Spin is almost silent. It holds a lot of laundry and washes everything well. My only very minor complaint is that the inside of the door is much deeper than the old one and is wet after it's opened, so I have to dry it to keep it from dripping on the wood floor. I love that it sings to me at the end of a cycle!

Impeccable machine.

I've bought it 8months ago and it worth every single penny. The washing results are brilliant, it's also quiet. I can sanitise the towels and anything what I want. I can adjust the washing time and as the drum is very big (12kg) I could reduce the amount of washing dose. With my old machine I've had about 6-7dose of washing on a normal weekend and 2-3 more on weekdays. Now I do about 4dose on a normal weekend and 1 or rarely 2 on weekdays. It's a relief. 2negative things I can't connect it to the phone, the Lg app can't find the washing machine wifi and the customer service wasn't keen to solve this issue but anyway it's still a brilliant washing machine and I would buy it again. The dispenser let the liquid detergent into the drum right then as I poured it in, it has no that special things (little door) what keeps the liquid up. So if I want to start with prewash I need the use powder detergent what I don't like but I don't use prewash often so it's not a big issue and if I start delayed washing I also need to put the detergent into the drum or use powder detergent. I rather put the liquid into the drum.

Huge load capacity but struggled to select a programme and run the machine but got there eventually. Exceedingly quiet too.

Great machine loads of features. Only downside is the size the machine its much deeper than a standard machine.
