Superb washing machine. Works good and looks good. The 12Kg drum size is huge and allows better movement of the clothes during wash cycles. Even on spin cycles it is very quiet and clothes come out barely damp, rather than wet. This makes the laundry basket lighter and easier to carry to the washing line. The 1400 rpm spin is automatically selected so you don't have to mess about choosing it, like I had to on my previous Panasonic 10Kg, 1400 rpm washing machine, which always defaulted to 1200 rpm spin. The smart features are great, especially for notifying you when it is finished. There are about 20 additional programs you can download into the memory to allow a totally customised setup, depending on your families needs. I like the drum cleaning feature which is scheduled after every 30 wash cycles. This helps keep the machine clean and in tip top condition and is part of the smart app, so it tells you when a self clean is due. It also has a useful diagnostic feature where it can self check its own parts and functionality in case there's a fault. This allows easy fault resolution and advises what to do to fix common faults, like a blocked drain pipe, or if an engineer is needed. The steam functions are great for allergy sufferers like me, where I may want to wash our dogs or cats beds, or for general use to lightly refresh a shirt that isn't really dirty, but you want to wear again without a full wash cycle. Overall we are very happy with the machine and its ability to do its job well. It would have been nice to have the auto dose detergent and softener features, but we were not too concerned about putting powder and softener in manually. My wife finds it a bit hard to get used to the control panel. She prefers a more analogue approach. This is a hi-tech machine, and is different to previous models we've had, but once familiar with it I'm sure we won't be too concerned about the settings.

Love this machine! Works beautifully and the menu system is great. I also love how quiet it is! Ssshhh! Always makes me smile when it finishes and plays me a little tune! Happy washing!

Works very well, but not as simple to use as our previous machine.

This washing machine replaces very old one that came with my property. It is extremely quiet, which the old one was not. Spin is almost silent. It holds a lot of laundry and washes everything well. My only very minor complaint is that the inside of the door is much deeper than the old one and is wet after it's opened, so I have to dry it to keep it from dripping on the wood floor. I love that it sings to me at the end of a cycle!

Great machine. Simple to use, just select the program and the temperature and spin speed are highlighted. If you wish to alter these it is really easy. Once you are happy with your choice press go. The machine weighs the load and then shows you how long the wash will take. The machine is really quiet even on the highest spin.

Huge drum which can handle a family wash with ease. Only had the washing machine for around 3 weeks but great so far.

Impeccable machine.

. Not managed to connect the washer to the app as yet which is bit annoying but not a deal breaker. The washer looks really high tech which it should for the price to be fair, some of the settings are really long so have stuck to my first setting so far, on each setting you can’t tell how long it will be until you’ve switched on & waited for washer to weigh the load. There is a quick 14 minute cycle but you can only put a small load on this setting. but washing feels really clean & comes out barely wet so takes no time at all to dry. Sound quite negative about it but I am happy overall with the quality of the washer.
