It’s very good and easy to use but if you need to do more than one round of cooking you have to take the food off to restart the process. Love the removable plates for cleaning

Great product easy to use and really good rresults with steak and chops that I tried stayed nice and juicy.

You need to get in used to this product.Some of the programs are not really good.One for burgers is not cooking patties good enough in my opinion.Little bit difficult to use manual control for temperature. With that price I would expect something more.Great thing is that you can remove plates and wash them in dishwasher. Would I buy it again? Probably yes, specially that I bought it on offer.

Had one of these before and bought this as a replacement. Excellent for cooking steaks and i wouldn't be without one, so easy to use...even for a man!
