I accepted this as a swap for the machine I ordered but was out of stock. I wouldn’t recommend this one. To use the dryer you need to open a tap at the bottom of the machine, attach a pipe and hang it over your sink. The pipe doesn’t come with the machine and the manual does explain this at all. Really disappointing as u can’t make it do a wash and dry in one as it suggests because u can’t open the tap when it’s on wash cycle. I’m going to try and return it and wait for my original choice to be back in stock! Avoid

Easy to use and dries brilliantly. Cycles arent overly long and they are easy to adjust (spin speed/temperature etc). My only issue is that the buttons you have to press together to stop the dryer aren't very sensitive, so it can take a few goes to work. Other than that, no complaints.

Bought end of May. Was installed by AO personnel who did a terrible job and spilled dirty water all down my stairs while removing old machine. The actual hoover machine takes 6-7 hours to wash and dry. After two months the dry clothes started being soaked with dirty water. Then the machine packed up altogether saying error: e03. I got an engineer to come from Hoover via AO. He said he unblocked it and raised the draining pipe. An hour after he left the machine was broken again, error 03 again and then soon, error 20. AO and Hoover would still not replace or exchange my machine as ‘30 days have passed’ and instead I’m now meant to wait for an engineer to be called out, yet again. Meanwhile I have no clean clothes. I’m absolutely gutted and would never ever use either Hoover or AO again, even though the AO people have been friendly, their policies mean I’m wasting days and days just trying to get a working washer dryer like I paid for.

Really easy to use, variety of programmes and options. Tumble dryer is good although better with smaller loads. App works fairly well although you do need to be quite near the machine for it to work which sort of defeats the purpose. I find the quick 45 minute was at 30 is fine for clothes, and often use it at a higher heat for towels etc. Haven't used many other programmes. The tumble dryer time starts over 3 hours as default but time is reduced depending on how full the drum is. Delivery / removal of the old one was super smooth, full credit to the delivery staff.

I bought this washer dryer for a holiday cottage and it really delivers bangs per buck. The quick washes really are quick - used the 14 minute wash to freshen up bed fleece throws. The ability to adjust temperature and spin speed is far superior to my Miele at 40% of the cost. The wash seems as good as more expensive washing machines. The dryer works without creasing and is easy to stop mid cycle. The machine has the added bonus of being relatively quiet.

I might have just got a faulty product but the drum has dropped and so it’s very noisy, this was discovered on my very first wash. AO and candy/hoover are trying to resolve the issue however I’ve got to wait for an engineer, leaving me without a machine for a month with a newborn. No fault of either company and as I mentioned I think I just got a faulty machine but not that impressed.

Easy to install with clear instructions throughout. Separate dials for washing and drying makes it so easy to set for the wash or dry required. It also automatically changes its programme time if the cycle is nearing the end thus saving on electricity/water and making it a superb "green" product Many thanks
