This is my first front loader and also first time using this brand. I was skeptical about the description and wanted to go for other known brands but on a second thought I decided to give this product a try. In all honesty, this sry washer has exceeded my expectations. It’s very quiet when it’s washing and washes very perfectly even at full loads. The wash programs are easy to follow and understand. Has very good water and power economy and finishes the job within time. With this washer, I can plan my laundry timing perfectly . I’d recommend this for anyone seeking to replace their washer!

Good points - Large door, flexible options, very good drying. It genuinely seems very good. I’d buy it again. Not so good - doesn’t seem that quiet, fine for our utility room, maybe a little bit noisy for a kitchen and definitely for an open plan living area. Still haven’t worked out what scenario in life requires me to require app control for a washing machine / drier!!!

Product had a faulty drying sensor and malfunctioned after 6 weeks of ownership. So product was rubbish. Hoover wanted to send an engineer out to fix the problem, I was treated with such respect and as a valued customer I was told that it would be two weeks before an engineer could call. Being less than happy with this outcome, I called AO and the lady I spoke with was quite tenacious and persuaded Hoover to give me my money back. So I bought a Sharp washer dryer instead which so far has been excellent. AO 5 stars. Hoover 1 star. Dave Hall

Not all the programmes were working, dryer would only work on maximum time settings. AO wouldn't take it back until an engineer came to verify it was faulty because id used it once.

Washes well, even at low temperature or on rapid wash. Have not yet used the drier so cannot comment on how good that is.

Great looking machine and washes the clothes really well. It is really easy to connect to WiFi and start rye washings remotely. I am still working out the programs as there are tons of options but looks like the larger load options are all rralky long washes (3+ hour) which I won't use so will probably need to do more smaller washes to benefit from the rapid programs which can be done in as little as 14 mins. Also doesn't look like you an manually opt for a short dry cycle to just give the washing a quick dry. These all look to be hiyrs long which I won't use, especially with the new energy hikes. Overall a great machine maybe just a little fancy.

Washes really well. drum is huge so great for a busy family. Buttons are not good, feel like i press and press and the wash never starts. then press again and off it goes having done nothing different.

A great value washer dryer. Had not previously had one before so wasn’t sure what to expect. There a many different options and programmes which is good but also still trying to work out what ones work best us. The first time we used the combined washer dryer was for blankets the cycle was about 3 hours in total for wash and dry and they came out completely dry and really soft. The look of the machine is great with a big door and fits into the space perfectly. So far I am pretty happy with it but will need to work out the settings a bit more.
