Not all the programmes were working, dryer would only work on maximum time settings. AO wouldn't take it back until an engineer came to verify it was faulty because id used it once.

Product had a faulty drying sensor and malfunctioned after 6 weeks of ownership. So product was rubbish. Hoover wanted to send an engineer out to fix the problem, I was treated with such respect and as a valued customer I was told that it would be two weeks before an engineer could call. Being less than happy with this outcome, I called AO and the lady I spoke with was quite tenacious and persuaded Hoover to give me my money back. So I bought a Sharp washer dryer instead which so far has been excellent. AO 5 stars. Hoover 1 star. Dave Hall

I HATE this washer / dryer. Basic stains like porridge, soup, avocado and mud are still there after a 3 hour wash and clothes are coming out faded and bobbly. There’s a horrible selection of washing options and the drying takes so long you can’t use for the guilt of the energy you’re consuming! I previously had a very old Beko washer and that was washing far better up to the point it eventually died. I would never buy this again and advise no one else to waste their money!

Could be a brilliant washing machine just too noisy.really noisy for the price ????

Really loud, doesn’t drain properly and looks really budget

Wifi function of controlling machine remotely does not function. App states that wash has begun but machine remains idle. Feel like I have been mis sold the machine. Touch control is overly sensitive. If your clothes brush against the side of the machine a a 14 minute quick was turns into a three hour wash and dry and there’s nothing you can do to change it. The manual provided is not for said machine. Contacted tech support who provided a troubleshoot guide which again wasn't for said machine. Fortunately I managed to guide myself with the generic guide through deduction. This really shouldn’t be the case in this day and age of advanced technology. However though the machine does wash and dry very well. Just really disappointed that the main selling/purchasing point of wifi functionality doesn’t function

The machine does its job, to a very high standard. The major problem is the vibrations. My machine moves anywhere between 2-10 inches after every cycle. I reported this to AO along with some pictures and video. They have replaced it with a different unit of the same model. It has only been a few days. Once I definitely know if the new piece has (or hasn't) got the same problem, I'll update my review to reflect that.

The appliance was delivered by a 5* team. Shame at the factory when the Quality Control didn't do their bit to miss out that the three pin plug was damaged. Also the water pump was loose. Overall now to a fully working appliance I'm happy with it
