Good machine, it could be slightly quieter - hence 4 stars

excellent product very pleased does everything. we are very pleased it’s always on the go for the price a bargain.

The speed of delivery and friendliness of the drivers was spot on. The product is quiet, efficient and easy to fit.

The machine does its job, to a very high standard. The major problem is the vibrations. My machine moves anywhere between 2-10 inches after every cycle. I reported this to AO along with some pictures and video. They have replaced it with a different unit of the same model. It has only been a few days. Once I definitely know if the new piece has (or hasn't) got the same problem, I'll update my review to reflect that.

Not all the programmes were working, dryer would only work on maximum time settings. AO wouldn't take it back until an engineer came to verify it was faulty because id used it once.

Does what it says on the tin. You must get the feet aligned correctly to minimise noise.

Great product though instructions a little hard to follow for some of the settings. Delivery guys were great
