This machine packed in after 7 months. AO insurance said they couldn't do anything as it was under a year old. So it was over to Hoover, Long story short, I got fobbed off with so many stories about what they are going to do to fix it, this went on for over 3 months until they eventually gave in and I goa a replacement machine. Absoulute shambles customer sersive from AO and Hoover.

I've never had a washer that is this loud and it squeals when it spins very disappointed and when I've rang for help after a few days of receiving it I was told I couldn't return it very upset and disappointed !!!!! Payed all this money in these hard times to come across problems this early on

only used this around 8 times, now had to get in touch with AO as its banging and very noisy to the point its too dangerous to use. its vibration is making the machine move across the kitchen whilst on a fast spin. horrid machine try to avoid

I give this no stars but I couldn’t do it had this washing machine September within two weeks had to call engineer out as making loud noise had to have brushed replaced . Water leaking from the door . And now water not draining this is the worst washing Machine I ever had I will never by a hoover washing machine again

First machine delivered on the 27th Jan, replacement delivered on the 29th Jan as the first one had a dent in the side and no bottom was left to attach. Plumbed in by my own plumber on the 1st Feb, used for the first time on the 2nd Feb. Despite being levelled correctly the machine shot cross the floor at an alarming speed no matter how much or how little I put in. The final straw was when it refused to spin 4 small items on a 30min quick wash. Stopped using it and called Hoover customer service, engineer arrived 16th Feb, who said that doesn't sound right when he turned it on, not sure what he did but it now stands still when spinning. This machine is really not happy to spin anything that has any weight to it, no matter what programme you use. Would I recommended it, no I would not, far to noisy (when the pump kicks in it sounds like the gears on a car being crunched) and temperamental, my previous Hoover was a much better machine than this one. If I could give it no stars I would.

Not the best, components feel like plastic, no 1200 spin, shakes the whole house for 5 mins when spinning at 1400 (my previous samsung machine didn't) Good deal if you need anything cheap and quickly, but I wouldn't recommend this product as a long term purchase

washes well, very noisy, moves on high spin cycle, trying to find solution, (adjusted feet etc) detergent drawer rattles, will see how we get on

Noisy to the point of deafening, cheap looking, scratches on front, not delivered within specified time, nearly impossible to get through to AO, yet get bombarded with requests for feedback - we’ll here u go - 1 star too many in this instance
